Storm Damage – Richman Hill Home

Storm damage at this Richmond Hill home left standing water on the flooring and up the front of the cabinetry. The family felt they had totally lost their family room. SERVPRO was called in to clean up the water and mitigate the entirety of the damage. We were unable to save the hardwood flooring, but we did save and restore the built-in cabinetry. We tore up and replaced the flooring while beginning the arduous process of drying the subfloor. The drying and restoration took two weeks which was much shorter than our client had expected.
