Our SERVPRO office assistant received a call regarding the concern for a potential microbial growth infestation throughout a home. When our team arrived on site they were able to visually confirm some sort of growth throughout the property, but as with every job of this sort we strongly believe that an air test be performed before and after any work to remediate the potential issue is done.

In cases such as this, when there is a claim of microbial growth it is paramount to us to find out exactly what we are dealing with. We would never attempt to remediate without being certain of what we are potentially exposing ourselves, our team, and the client to.
