A new roof was improperly installed on this home a year prior to the video. After a short time water was able to find its way into the ceiling and began dripping down into the home. The customer was unaware of the amount of time that the water could have had to build up in that year and with that conscious of the potential threat of microbial growth in the walls and or ceiling.

As you can see we take the threat of spreading microbial growth throughout a property very serious and go beyond the standard to contain the area.

Once the area was secure we were able to cut into the wall to look for a presence and then have an air test done confirming that there was no threat of microbial growth.
