Water Damage to Rental Property

SERVPRO of Bryan, Effingham, McIntosh, and East Liberty Counties restored a rental property due to water damage. The rental townhome had been vacant for about a month when the landlord went to inspect the apartment before getting ready for remodeling. This landlord saw some water damage on the ceiling. The pipe above that particular room was slowly leaking causing slight damage. The landlord called us to then do a further inspection of the damaged area. We were able to come in and restore the ceiling before the leak had the chance to completely destroy that area in the home. The landlord was lucky she went to remodel or the damage would not have been found until a few months later when she went to rent out the apartment.
